Principles
| Principle | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| You define the scope | Access covers exactly the mailboxes and document locations you grant. |
| Credentials you control | Clad holds no stored secret or certificate for Microsoft 365, and any credential you issue, such as a phone system API key, can be revoked from your own console at any time. |
| Your controls apply | Employee sign-in goes through your identity provider, so your MFA and access policies apply. |
| You can revoke at any time | Every grant can be removed from your own admin consoles, without contacting Clad. |
