When reporting a setup issue
Include:
- Your tenant ID (Microsoft Entra admin center → Overview).
- The step you were on, the command you ran, and the full error message.
- For mail access issues, the output of
Test-ServicePrincipalAuthorizationfor the affected mailbox.
Check Troubleshooting first for common errors.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe Clad's access to your tenant is being misused, you can revoke it immediately from your own tenant, then email security@cladinsurance.com.
