How Clad connects

The systems Clad connects to, what it does with each, and how access is controlled.

Clad works inside the systems your team already uses. It reads email in your employees' own mailboxes and sends from them only after one of your employees approves each message, reads and files client documents where you keep them, captures client calls from your phone system, and lets employees sign in with the accounts they already have. Your administrators grant each connection from your own admin consoles, scoped to what Clad needs.

Each connection is granted from your own admin consoles, limited to what you choose, and encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher).

Each connection is enabled separately and can be revoked at any time from your side.

All traffic between your systems and Clad is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.
