The stages from signing with Clad to going live, and who is involved in each.
Kickoff
Clad provisions an environment dedicated to your organization and agrees with you which employees, mailboxes, document locations and phone users are in scope.
Involved: your project lead, Clad.
Connect your systems
Your administrators follow the setup guide for your platform. Most of the work is a single session, with some changes taking a few hours to apply.
Involved: your IT administrators. Guides: Microsoft 365 setup checklist, Dialpad.
Verify
You confirm each grant is scoped as intended, then Clad runs a read-only check.
Involved: your IT administrators, Clad.
Go live
Clad begins processing mail for the connected employees. Employees sign in to Clad with their existing work account.
Involved: your employees, Clad.
After go-live
Add or remove employees and document locations at any time from your own admin consoles. See Manage access.
